We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, submitting RFQs, or communicating through the platform:

• Professional identity: name, work email, company name, role
• Account credentials (passwords stored as irreversible hashes)
• Procurement activity: RFQs, bids, auction participation, and messages
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session timestamps

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate the ProcureX platform and deliver the services you have subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Authenticate and authorise your access
• Process and manage procurement workflows
• Send transactional notifications (auction alerts, bid updates)
• Improve platform security and performance

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Procurement records (RFQs, bids, contracts) are retained for 7 years to comply with applicable commercial and tax regulations.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@procurex.io. We will respond within 30 days.
