1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ProcureX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, suppliers, and administrators.

2. Use of the Platform

ProcureX is a B2B procurement platform. Access is restricted to verified business entities. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful procurement activities and not to:

• Submit false or misleading bids or offers
• Attempt to circumvent auction processes or pricing mechanisms
• Access or probe systems beyond your authorised scope
• Resell access to the platform without written consent

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@procurex.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of ProcureX SAS. Customer data uploaded to the platform remains owned by the customer.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
